MLK- Education

In my research, I found that in the 1980's the African Americans and Hispanics enrollment rate were down but they are increasing slowly. In 2003 the statistics are still not even. African Americans and Hispanics are still behind by almost 40,000 people. Today, African Americans and Hispanics have come a long way. The graduate rates are almost equal for all races. In 2003, the drop outs rates are very high for Hispanics but equal for whites and blacks. This is probably because if they can not speech English, they are going to have a hard time learning in an English speeching school.
